KOUNTRYCOZY FAMILY DAY 2026
VENDOR APPLICATION & INFORMATION
KountryCozy Family Day is a community celebration designed to bring families, local businesses, food vendors, makers, and organizations together for a full day of shopping, food, entertainment, activities, and family fun in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
The event will take place on October 17 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
We are intentionally limiting vendor spaces, including a limited number of food truck spaces, to create a diverse and enjoyable experience for both vendors and attendees.
Vendor applications will be reviewed by the KountryCozy Family Day team. We encourage all applicants to provide complete information about their business, products, services, and proposed setup.
APPLICATION DEADLINE
All vendor applications must be submitted by October 5, 2026.
Applications may close early if all available spaces are filled.
Vendors will be selected based on available space, event suitability, product variety, and the overall needs of the event. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a vendor space.
Selected vendors will receive additional information regarding their vendor space, payment, setup, parking, event guidelines, and other important details.
We look forward to welcoming an incredible group of businesses and vendors to the first KountryCozy Family Day and creating an event the Jonesboro community can enjoy together.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS
STEP 1:
Submit Your Application Complete the online vendor application and provide all requested information.
STEP 2:
Application Review: Our team will review applications based on event fit, product variety, booth presentation, and available space.
STEP 3:
Vendor Approval: If selected, you will receive an official vendor approval notification.
STEP 4:
Secure Your Space: Approved vendors will receive payment instructions and must complete payment by the required deadline to secure their space.
STEP 5:
Vendor Information Approved: Vendors will receive a vendor packet containing setup times, parking information, booth information, event rules, vendor map, and other important details.
